My first attempt at Pan de Muertos - Mexican bread of the dead, it's a type of brioche with orange zest. Only supposed to be 21 g of carb per portion, but takes 3 hours to make.

It tasted great, I'm hooked on orange, do a lovely orange drizzle cake (like a lemon one) with splenda. Only trouble with bread is it goes stale so quickly.
