Hi,

We're going to the in laws today (to show off our new little member of the family - a westie puppy called Billy 🙂 & there will be a pan of stew ready when we get there, something I'm really looking forward to (after the week I've had) but what do I do about carbs & injections 😱 😱

Well, the definition of stew varies enormously. Will it contain potatoes, or will they be separate? What about dumplings? I would take a guesstimate and inject half, then correct later if necessary 🙂

Thank you. It had potatoes & no dumplings also water, topside of beef (cubed), leeks & carrots. I also had x2 slices of med sliced bread & know for deffinite I've had a real wild guestimate cause I was also offered a Mr Kipplings apple pie after which I couln't refuse 😱 🙂

I'd have gone in the bin to find the carton the pies came in, then at least I'd know the extra bolus I had for that, was right !
