Today is my Diagnosis Day!

At this time four years ago I was lying in a hospital bed in A&E, I have never felt that bad and I'm going to make sure I never do again! 🙂 The main thing on my mind was would I get out in time to go and run the Stockholm Marathon five days later? Answer was no...

Have bought myself 3 Magnums to celebrate, which I shall consume at appropriate intervals throughout the day 🙂

I'm more than happy for anyone else to consume the Magnums. I don't like them! (except they did do a dark choc one, with some dark red fruit goo in the middle that WERE nice - reminded me of a Walls 'Heart'. Ab fab.)

Thanks everyone! I've been quite good today actually, much better than in previous years. I think I have noticed a gradual aversion to unhealthy eating, so that now it's only a little treat (I've only had one magnum 🙂). In past years I've been to a Beer Festival, had a massive cake, or had a complete blowout, but this year I haven't felt any such desire. Perhaps it's the hot weather suppressing my appetite 🙂
