Hi Guys,

had a lovely day this Easter Sunday, Went to mass and then lunch with the family, my grand-aunt and cousin came around, it was great. Today I had a normal breakfast ( rye and oatmeal bread) then a snack after mass (late morning), then occasional nibbles until supper at 6pm, just had my cuppa an hour ago. Bed for me soon me thinks. I want to add apples to my diet....oh and more exercises, every little helps. Mood-wise, I felt quite good today, until the morning.

Glad to hear you had such a good day Rustee 🙂 I hope today proves just as good!

Glad you had a lovely day. I went to church too and there were chocolate Easter cakes afterwards, I refused the first time they came round ......and the second.......but in the end I said "Oh wrap one up for me and I will have it later" there is an old hymn that says "yield not to temptation for yielding is sin" but to keep on tempting me was a bit much!!

Easter Sunday was the 3rd Anniversary of my Mum's Death so not a great day for me.

I am sorry to hear that Phil :( I hope you were able to spend some time thinking of the good memories you have of her.
