hi alan, so sorry ive not been posting again. im liking the new colour of the forum. my foot on the mend, got the cast off 2 weeks ago an now just allowed to put a little weight on it an back to hospital in 2 weeks time for another check up. hows yourself? x

No need to apologise 🙂 Glad to hear that the cast is off and you are recovering well - don't go doing too much though, I know it can be frustrating after all this time but you need to gradually get the strength back into it.

As you might be able to tell from my picture, I am currently training to run the Bath Half Marathon dressed as the Diabetes Fairy! :D

i was a bit silly yesterday an thought i could go back into my gym an do things slowly but that was a big mistake as my foot was so swollen last night an pure agony so ive learnt my lesson. oh wow running the marathon, good on you, and as a fairy. when is it?

awh thats brill an im sure you will do great. ive probley missed loads of posts on here about it, but ill try an get to read back on ppls stories. ill deffo be on here to wish you good luck 🙂
