I think we all get nervous about 'HbA1c' day! If it is not great, take the positive out of it and see it as a challenge to improve it for next time....I'm sure the result will not be as bad as you anticipate....good luck! 🙂
Hey Karin, you walk in to that clinic and show that we Welsh people fear nothing 🙂 I have my check up next Monday and looking forward to it, only because I know more about diabetes than the nurse that does the checks, I enjoy getting her confused. I'm sure everything will be fine for you, good luck with the visit and your results.
