Been for six monthly review

I have had my metformin increased from 2x 500mg a day to 3x a day and also received my appointment for my annual retinal screening today. So that is my six monthly mot I was waiting for them to say I was for ready for the wreckers yard

yes Alan might be a couple of days or so before the extra tab takes affect not sure how long it takes to get in to your system. So hoping I don't blow to much of a gale.

Hi Steff the apptment went well feet still there and ok the hb1c is up 7.8 that is why they uped the meds all in all it was good and got a phone number to ring about an 8 week course called Healthy helpings just waiting now for a place.
