I like minstrels and chocolate m&ms, cadburys have started doing chocolate raisens mmmm they are soo nice

i think there called clusters in the red packet i have had a packet saturday very nice indeed

Minstrels are great as a treat, although I have to eat the whole (small) packet! They seem to last longer than ordinary chocolate bar, but with an equivalent 'hit' in the sugar stakes. Peanut M&Ms are quite good too - less chocolate because of the peanut, but you still get the chocolate taste, plus the peanut has 'good' fat in it!🙂

Don't bother with Cadbury's Shots - they are rubbish!

I WANT PEANUT M&M'S NOW!!!! ARGHHHH

I was dipping my teaspoon in the jar of crunchy peanut butter last night - ahhhh.

Any chocolate is nice, drooool. I used to eat a big bar of Sainsbury's white chocolate a week befor diagnosis (no don't say it!) and it had to be Sainsbury's after doing some seriouse taste testing! Now I occassionally have a small bar of their dark 'value' chocolate - about 26 or 29p I think.

I did only have one :D I've never been *that* into chocolate - I like a little bit of the good stuff. Now chips, crisps, cheese.... I could eat for England. Mmmmm.

Best way of all is: toast bread, spread with crunchy peanut butter, spread over this with jam, slice a banana over the top of the jam, cover with grated cheese and then melt the cheese under the grill!!!:D

BTW, have just remembered that 'Minstrels' used to be called 'Treets' - you could get toffee, chocolate and peanut Treets - 'The sweets you can hold in your hands with out melting!' You'd probably need to be pushing 50 to remember that though!:D

You could always skip the jam, banana, peanut butter and...erm...toast, and just have the cheese!:D

True, especially if it's their spicy red sauce - add a sprinkling of marjoram - yumm!

Well, I'll be... I just had toast with peanut butter and sliced banana and it was really nice! The banana takes away the cloying texture of the PB. Might actually try it with the melting cheese (don't think I'd like the jam) next time, as I like eating a banana with a chunk of cheese for lunch sometimes. Thanks Northerner - you have got a bit of taste after all! Ha ha 🙂
