Just wondering if anyone else is having problems accessing the site. I keep getting a message saying my password or email is incorrect when I know they are
 
Finally managed to get in touch. It appears that the funding, in my area, has been stopped so they pulled the plug on my connection.

To be honest I think you will get more benefit from participating in this forum and looking at some of the links here as the MyDesmond program is very much following the standard NHS dietary advice which many find is too high in carbs. This is why the Freshwell surgery developed their program which you may find helpful, this link has good information, some do's and don'ts and some menu plans which you may find useful. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com//
Suddenly my login became inactive a couple of years ago, they asked if I wanted to stay but then shortly after it didn't work0 still I found this site more helpful.
