Mixed chopped nuts

Nuts are like Pringles, once you pop/start you can't stop.

Dry roasted salt n vinegar & cashews, they are just so tasty.

I have nuts as a treat too, but you just need to watch the portion size.
I eat walnuts, pecans and almonds, and I also chop them and put them in my overnight oats.
I try to only have a small handful about once a day, say 6 of each.

Have you tried freezing small portions?
As I understand, they are best frozen for no more than a couple of months (please correct me if I am wrong). Hopefully waiting till they are defrosted will help defer the munchies. Like you say....very moreish!!

Going out in the winter without pants on gives me frozen nuts.
This is something you often do on purpose, or is it more a case of forgetting?

Like to get a bit of air down there, get rids of 'Jock Itch'!

Definitely nuts are my weakness and especially with an alcoholic drink 😉, no willpower whatsoever 🙄.....

I try to limit my nut intake by buying pistachios as having to open them and put the shells somewhere slows me down (a tiny bit). Also 100g of pistachios includes a fair amount of shell so I probably eat less than if I had almonds.

However, Waitrose have started selling them ready shelled! It's almost as if they're taunting me.,

Do real men at pistachio shells?

Nuts are my favourite non-sweet snack. I use chopped almonds for breakfast with Greek yoghurt. I also have brazil nuts as a snack during the day. My wife, who is not a nut eater, loves the Costco roasted slightly salted almonds which I have to admit are very moreish.
Nuts in general are just so good although I avoid cashews these days as slightly to high in the carb count.

Love cashew butter but the carbs are so much higher than almond butter. Oh well.....
