Care co coming this afternoon
Manager told me "gail love we dont have space to store your stuff we need the room so ts going to have to go back in your room and you are going to have to stay strong"
Surgery will not give anymore Lerazepan untill we have been in tounch with MHT and they know wots happening Had last one this morning
IM SCARED
i have to be strong

Is this all your CDs / DVDs etc?
 
Keep on being strong, you got through the weekend. Just a few hours now. I know you feel scared but you can do it. <3

yes everything meeting didt
go as wel as i had hoped for my a****ole of a care co and the bloke he had with him said you need to push way the voices and not act on the fact that secpter 13 are telling u to ### ######## you must fight it we will have a 117 meeting tues next week (117 meet is part of aftercare of being on a section 3 of the mha) . play with stress balls and other things were mentiomed they are going to give me anothrt weeks worth of lorazepan and thats it no more after that they r getting in touch with my SW 2c if she can visit me b4 then and r going to see if a team member #### ####### will come and see me After the meeting manager told me whil im in my room they r goimg to cheque on me every 15 mins including thou the night the killer cs b4ame when i got the old line you have been thou this b4
i dont know wot to do
i may post a lot if thats ok will not post anything triggering dont worry about me

Sorry that it didn't go as well as you'd hoped.

I think it's important to keep yourself as safe as possible - that'll always be the priority.

Finding ways to distract yourself can be challenging and their suggestions of using a stress ball etc may not always work but there might be other things that will. You found SHOUT a useful service over the weekend so do make use of that resource.

I hope your support worker and the member of staff will visit you for additional support too.
 
Hi Gail, sorry you didn't find the meeting helpful and you are left struggling. I can't add anything that Anna hasn't already suggested and hope that you get follow on support really soon. Post away if that helps you get through this. <3
 
117 meeting next tuesday at 130 my nurses who do my insulin want to attend as they are concered about me this was after they had red my diary i keep some of the things are bad i cant go into details here sorry as think they will trigger and im to scared C###### the maneger reads it every day shes not happy with the mental health eam at all Told them when i saw them how bad it was and wot was going though my head but they just tried to push it onto my pysical health im so scared Still on 15 mins opps when not in dining room this includes nights

Gail, you are amazing working your way through this. I'm sorry that the mental health team aren't being more helpful but I'm glad people are looking out for you.

I had a good evening left notebook/phone inmy room felt good. had a good evening went back to my room about 920pm chequed phone to find a answer voicemail message from my friend lets call him adam (not real name) saying how are you wot did you have for tea etc. then saw i had a txt message from him timed at 557pm saying im taking an overdose goodbye dont call or txt me So i buzzed staff didt know wot to do They said call police so i did who took the details of where he lived told them the name of place i used to live there its for people with MH issues coulnt remember if it was 1 or 1a he was at told police all this They said i needed to call ambulance so i did told them details they asked loads questions is he breeving etc to which i said i dont kbow the police asked me was he voilent so i had to tell them he could be as he was mentally ill and a recovering alcaholic they gave me A CAD no### suggestioned i ring him whic i did but it went straight to voicemail so i rang the ambulance the police rang me back asking for more datails as did the ambulance peeps the last i heard was that the ambulance wood take 20-60 mins thats all i heard last call was at1250ish wot do i do do i call ##### ##### where he lives in morning and find out wot happened or do i just leave it Called him again and told him i had to call 999 and that i wood like him to call me please i dont know wot to do now or in morning its 220am andi cant sleep at all i guess i have to wait till morning to see if i can find out more sorry im in a right state not well myself noe been triggeredby it

Yes, you may have to wait until this morning to fine out how he is and it may be a long wait, so just hang in there and let us know the outcome please

What an awful thing to have to go through on top of everything else you’ve been struggling with recently. I really hope your friend is OK and the people where he lives have checked on him.

You did amazingly well in a very stressful situation, and did absolutely everything you could. Hopefully the emergency services arrived fairly promptly, and were able to help him before he did anything.

You were a real friend to him last night.

Hope you are able to calm down after the shock of it today, and aren’t too triggered. You matter @gail2 and have lots of friends here hoping you can get through this tricky patch, and back into a better place again.
