Okay its not long so Im not expecting great results. Its over a month though. I did go haywire when daughter was here but have been strict since she left.
I do improve as the day goes on .
On the 23rd it was 18 in the morning
during the mornings since then its come down as low to 10.1 but today its up again to 12.9 when i got up it was 10.8 but even though I do not eat it always goes up for before I eat breakfast . Today I am having yoghurt and strawberries and I know that will either up it or lower it everyday is different . It’s usually down a bit at lunch after my walk and at tea time . lowest then has been 8. So pleased so far needs more but will taken time but then.
Am I expecting too much or right to be worried its going up again. 12.9 i want it in single figures at least.
I am up anxious and sweaty n head banging nose blocked . i just feel ill.
Any ways you can suggest going forward.

If you are coming down with something with a headache and blocked nose and feeling ill, then it is normal for levels to go up, so I would take some paracetamol and take it easy and not worry about your levels being raised a bit until you are over whatever illness you are coming down with.
I hope it is short lived and you feel better soon. (((HUGS)))

Thanks. It is usually a morning thing and no I'm 60 and definitely not pregnant.

There's a lot of viruses going around just now (the joys of being sick in summer, eh?) so I'll definitely second @rebrascora 's words - take care of that first and take it easy on yourself. Sickness can often affect levels, especially morning/evening times, when people usually feel worse if they're under the weather.

Just thought i would add, my bg is usually 5-6, but a couple of weeks ago it jumped to 10 for no reason I could think of I thought my Diabetes is changing. Heigh ho. However the folliwing morning I woke up with a sore throat etc. Tested for Covid that was negative. Ah a Summer cold and the reason for increase in bg. The bg returned to normal once the cold disappeared. No end to learning.

Also the high temperatures at the moment may be having an effect. Some people go high others go low. Maybe you are one that goes high.
Take care.

I hope it is not Covid. Just a bad morning. I hope you are now feeling better.
