It's fine.
The nutritional info reads very much the same as Livlife bread, which is another lower carb, higher protein bread popular on here.

My son said its for body builders increasing their muscle, I just saw low carb, low sugar and thought it looks like it may be OK. Can someone advise please, its incredibly small by the way, looks a bit like malt loaf, very dense and about 5 slices only 🙂

Anyone had this before that can advise please
Absolutely fine.
I looked at the ingredients and it is very similar to the low carb bread I make in my bread machine at home.
It is a German bread so that is why it will be dense and small slices. When I was a kid my father used to bring something very similar home and he called it black bread.
Enjoy and don't worry.
The only people who need to worry about eating stuff that is too high in protein are people with kidney problems. In any case if you can eat eggs and meat which are very high in protein then you can eat this.

In fact I want to say thank you for drawing my attention to this brand. While I enjoy my own home made bread very much it would be lovely to have something ready made once in a while and I have found their website and I am happily perusing to see what I can buy for me now 😛
This is the link to their About Me page which should allay your concerns

Ok - hope you aren't feeling bombarded here but I am in tears at the moment.
I have spent the last three years making all my food from scratch and researching and devising recipes so I can eat very low carb and persuading myself that it was fine that all my time is taken up with sourcing ingredients and cooking and still not having some things because i can't make them - and then trying various brands of bread and chocolate and finding they have problematic ingredients or think low carb means 40g of carb per serving.

And it has been exhausting but I have done it. My latest upset was finding my preferred brand of almond flour had someone doubled its carb content without me noticing.
But this website has a variety of ready made bread and chocolate bars with 6g carb per 100!! And they have flavours not just plain dark and ready made jam with only erythritol and stevia as the sweetener and with a decent shelf life and they are not stupidly expensive.

I cannot thank you enough for making this post. I am in happy tears and about to buy a lot of stuff and looking forward to having some of the pressure come off at last. Some people might not realise how much of a huge improvement this is going to make in my life but I hope you do. Thank you.

My first order arrived today and I had toast and butter for lunch!! And a chocolate wafer bar for brunch. I also tested the orange chocolate and the milk chocolate.

The slices of bread were small but very filling. They are too small for proper sandwiches but will be great for having with boiled eggs, pate and guacamole and the jam I have also bought but not tried yet.

I tried the pasta today.
It said on the packet to boil for 8-9 minutes and I did and it was powdery and chewy. So I ended up boiling it for 35 minutes at which point it was al dente and decidedly like wholemeal pasta. I think it could have done with another 10 minutes. It was okay once slathered in very garlicky butter and eaten with a very garlicky salad I made with mayonnaise and garlic and lettuce and with a very garlicky steak. So in short it needs a LOT of garlic to make it nice to eat.

I may cook it in a big batch in future to try and reduce the energy consumption because 40 minutes of boiling is a lot of energy for one portion of pasta. I like pasta al dente usually but this was on another level of chewy and powdery until the last five minutes when it started to head in the right direction texture wise.
I think the lasagne might work better because it goes into a bake and then gets baked for 45+ but I think I will boil it first before using it to make certain - in case I end up with wasted expensive ingredients.
