Fist ever GlucoNavii test

My first home blood glucose test after waking up was 7mmol. Is ok?
Yes, eventually you should start to see it below that.
Once you get used to that testing then you can start to test the effect of some meals. Test just before you eat and after 2 hours, no more than 2-3mmol/l would be a good result and hopefully below 8.5mmol/l 2 hrs post meal.

Thanks pal. Did a test 2 hours after my tea and it was 6.
