Does anyone know if it’s ok to drink wkd it says low carb and low sugar on nutracheck but not sure?

I don't know what wkd is but 15g carb per 275ml bottle, so you may be better with a gin and slimline tonic.
 
WKD is an alcopop, vodka mixed with fruit flavours - very sweet - I've bought them for my son.
You are better off buying vodka and adding coke zero, that's what I had a couple of weeks back 🙂
 
Mind you, it's not vital to drink alcohol. It is a poison, after all. Your liver is capable of dealing with it, but your pancreas isn't, as quite a few 3c diabetics can aver. ( They are mostly on the Pancreatitis forum). And if you can't be sociable without alcohol...
