Hi can anyone advise me where I can find a good low carb eating plan to help me go from pre diabetic (43 HbA1c) to 41. A plan that does not involve lots of complicated recipes! Many thanks

Hi I got the cabs and calorie book..easy to follow
I went from 40 to 30 in 6 months and lost a stone and half

Look on this site to start with HERE but you will find loads online, search for diabetes friendly, low carb recipes or keto. Also check out what other members are eating on the forum to get more ideas. 🙂

That's such a helpful book. It's slanted towards the American lifestyle, but you can ignore that easily enough.
Odd that considering it was written and published in the UK ! I think it's more slanted towards modern day eating to be honest - cos many many people can't create a meal from whatever happens to already be in their cupboard/fridge/freezer or even by going forth into shops and purchasing specific ingredients.
