Just found these in Tesco. They are 14.6g of carb per wrap.
Gonna try them for lunch tomorrow with my chicken and salad.

I use Lodough for pizza but I know people who use them for wraps. They are 2.2g per disc. Admittedly they don't taste of anything so you need tasty toppings or fillings!

They have a website with various different wraps I’ve just seen but the carbs vary quite a lot. I tend to use wholewheat wraps as I find the white ones quite high GI.

I'm gonna try them tomorrow and hopefully will get a chance to test 2 hours after eating them. Not always easy at work.

It seems a lot of carbs just for something to hold things together.

I’ve just found another brand brown with seeds think I’ll be trying them

I tried those and wasn’t very impressed they were like pieces of card

It fits in with my daily carb intake and its a lot lower than a normal tortilla wrap.

Hi @Vonny - are they soft? I love enchiladas but ordinary tortillas spike my BG badly so haven't had them in ages. If they are soft enough to roll without tearing you may have just put them back on the menu 🙂

I found these lodough ones resembled cardboard. I’ve just found a brown super seeded one I’m going to try

The tortilla wraps were very nice. Will let you know the impact on blood levels at about 3.30ish.

They are soft but really are very tasteless. Used as a pizza base they are just something to park your toppings on! But I have a friend who is type 1 along with her son, and she uses them as wraps for his school lunches.

That sounds OK @Vonny. They would be cooked in a sour cream, chilli and tomato sauce and topping with lashings of cheese - certainly not low cal 🙂

Well. My lunch was garlic and herb chicken breast, salad, a tortilla wrap, ranch dressing and a conference pear. 7.7 before lunch, 10.1 just over 2 hours after. Not bad, so the wraps are staying on the menu.

These are only 11g carbs per wrap, not tried them yet though, think I found them in Tesco?
Also Warburtons is do a protein wrap that is 14g, they taste ok

Well, after reading that, wraps seems a good call.
With a salad of peashoots, butterhead, babyleaf, spring onion, tomato, fresh wild garlic, garlic chives, and salmon, and a dipping chili sauce.
Not sure on the carbs, but around 200cals per wrap can't be bad.

So the avocado wraps were really good but today in Sainsbury’s I came across these which beat the lot at only 4g carbs per wrap!!! They are expensive at £3 for 4 wraps but still, only 4g carbs they are definitely going to stay on my shopping list.
