Hello everyone else now I don’t know if it’s a common thing but I felt asleep in the bath yesterday for about 5minutes now I don’t usually fall asleep in the bath I just want to know if it’s normal or not could there be actually something going wrong I don’t know I’m just asking

Hope that wasn’t too scary for you Sammy!

If you live on your own, experiences like that can be a bit frightening. Being in the bath can be quite relaxing, but I think it’s important to be able to stay awake.

Have you been sleeping OK generally? Were you especially tired before your bath?

How are your BG levels? High and low blood glucose can make you feel tired and lethargic.
