Sorry to hear this Gail.

Hi Gail I wish I could come and sit with you and give you a hug. Its just awful to feel like this, I do know. Sometimes my head feels like it will explode with negative thoughts. Please try the Samaritans, a friend, or any other support you can get. Talk to me on here if you want. Sue

Hi Gail I would second what Sue said above reach out to someone who could physically support you and the Samaritans, their number is 116 123, you can certainly talk here too, I will keep popping in the rest of the day too as will many others once they see you reaching out
Love from a stranger... Paul

Sorry to hear this @gail1 If you’re still feeling suicidal, please phone 111 again. Do you have anyone else you can speak to eg a MH crisis team locally?

Sending you love and my support. X

Hi Gail, I'm sorry that you are feeling suicidal, but remember you are not alone. There is a wonderful service to discuss thoughts and feelings with the Samaritans; they can be contacted 24/7 on 116123. Have you also got a MH crisis team that can support you?

So sorry to hear about the awful week you have been having, but you have been doing all the right things reaching out for support, speaking to NHS111, MIND, and the crisis team.

I am really sorry that there are no beds available for you at the moment, so I hope the support you are getting in the meantime helps you work through this difficult period until things are brighter for you.

Do keep posting here and speaking to the Samaritans, MIND or NHS111 - you are important, you matter and you deserve all the support and help available.

So sorry to hear you’re struggling...Sending you virtual ((((hugs)))) @gail1.

I know the feeling - just before Christmas 2016 I was feeling really dreadful - but it was the Metformin and Atorvastatin. The statin did a real number on my memory and general brain function but at least the thoughts of suicide diminished fairly swiftly, then I just had to relearn the 300 and some songs.....

Hey Gail we are still here don’t forget. Give us a hi or at least a thumbs up just so we know your still there. Still thinking about you!

Hi @gail1 . Hang on in there. We're here for you. There's a way forward from this.
Nick.

Thank for the heads up Ralf
