Hi all,
Just wanted to put some feelers out as I feel like I may not be the only one having this problem.
halfway through my last Libre sensor, my phone stopped scanning it. It was like there was nothing there, but I had no issue scanning with the reader.
today, I started my new sensor and after an hour, tried scanning with my phone and the same thing has happened - it doesn’t recognise anything is there.
I have contacted Abbott and they advised me to uninstall the app and redownload it, turn my phone off and on and update my phone. None of this has worked.
im grateful that the reader works, but it feels like so much effort having to take double the tech with me everywhere because my phone refuses to scan.
has anyone else faced this issue or resolved it and if so, how?

Hmm, I expected that. I don't use an iPhone myself but have seen a number of posts about issues. Of you can't find anything here take a look on diabetes.co.uk.

Apologies if you have tried this, I don't mean to sound patronising.
Have you checked that NFC is turned on on your phone?
I have accidentally turned it off on mine in the past and I have no idea how I did it.
