I was researching the above this morning for the nutritional value of each and came across the article on page link below. Posting here for other people who may be interested.


Dairy is far better if you are looking for added protein in the diet, particularly so in plain greek yoghurt.
But if plant based is preferred you may want to read info provided on this page;


Of course to plant based yogurts one can always add milled seeds or chia.

I love yogurt at any meal, beauty of plain yogurt is it lends itself to so many delicious flavours using fruits and seeds and nothing better than a dollop of yogurt on a curry or used as salad dressing, 😛
