Anyone eat yoghurts? what do you go for? I like the muller light greek style and muller lights but have trouble blousing for them due to the lack of fat! or suggestions of what to use in a sandwich to up the fat in the meal would do as well lol! x

My favourite is the Milbano full fat yogurt in a big pot From Lidl's
Goes well with my kettle porridge (Hemsley and Hemsley) and keeps breakfast blips very low.

Is that just a natural yoghurt? will have to look for it! x

It is and it is very thick and very yummy.

My fave yoghurt is a Greek yoghurt from Aldi, it is thick and creamy and has ginger in it . Yum.
Sounds lovely! But unfortunately don't have an Aldi :( lol x

I normally eat full fat Fage Greek Yoghurt, or the 2% one version.
I like the Activia Danone Natural full fat.

I sometimes buy the Coop store brand (also the Greek one version) or the Sterzig-Vipiteno. I thinky they are more an Italian brand.

My favourite flavoured yoghurt is a brand called Irish Yoghurts Creamier yoghurts, which I have seen only in Sainsbury's but it's not an own brand so perhaps they are stocked in other supermarkets. They are the rarest combination: not low fat but low sugar. Each pack of four has very interesting flavours: strawberry & vanilla; gooseberry; champagne rhubarb and pear & plum. My favourite is the gooseberry but all are really fruity. Less than 9g carbs in a pot.

For plain yoghurt I buy full fat Greek yoghurt and I normally buy the supermarket own brand: either Coop or Sainsbury's.

I tried the new Activia sugar free this weekend as we were camping and I couldn't get to Sainsbury's. They were ok but I am now spoiled by the Creamier yoghurts so low fat ones don't really satisfy any more!

To increase the fat in your sandwiches, how about spreading the butter a bit thicker?

@MikeTurin and @Radders are you referring to the Co-op greek style in the blue tub? If so I loved that but my Scotmid don't stock it anymore and also I will take a look at Saindsburys online for that stuff you mention 🙂 x

Yes Kaylz, that's the one.

Skyr yogurt is phenomenally thick and umptious. It's not cheap. But scrummy!

Thanks but I'm looking for a yoghurt with fat in as has already been mentioned that I have trouble blousing for fat free products x
