regards if one is one the nhs soup / shake diet
can one still have one of these my protein juice & water its low sugar low carb etc
its helps with muscle repair & has vitamins etc

The NHS diet is calories, not carbs, they don't really come into it.
The shakes provide a balanced dietary intake for the day.
It you want to change it, you'll need to make sure you've covered all the bases.

i will talk to the medical team ,i am not looking at changing it but adding to it or just having one drink a day i dont think this will change much as its only protein & vitamins along side it

Most shakes are going to be 200 to 300 calories, so you'll be adding the equivalent of an extra meal in to the day.

The standard meals fulfill normal protein and vitamin requirements, you need to discuss the amount of exercise you plan to do as well if you are still looking at protein based diets are there won't be enough calories if you are bulking up
