It's only been going on for about 2-3 hours but I keep getting a tingling just under my jaw on the left of my neck. It comes and goes probably every 20-30 seconds and the tingle lasts a matter of seconds.

I am over tired and stressed so hoping that's all it is. I don't dare to look on Google lol. It sort of aches a bit too but not much. Any ideas?

Hope you ok. Hydration does funny things to when high bg 🙂

I'm sorry Laura, I can't say I've experienced anything similar. I hope it's just temporary and goes away when you feel more rested and less stressed 🙂

Hi Laura,

It could be caused by stress if you've been unconsciously clenching your jaw or grinding your teeth. I get a facial tic sometimes for that reason. Hope the problem resolves after a good night's sleep. If not, check with your doc. 🙂

I'm the some when I get stressed Laura, except it's my right eye that tingles and even twitches sometimes. You should discuss it with your GP, though I suspect the only way to deal with it is to track down the source of the stress. I hope it eases off soon.
