One of the causes of diabetes is having too much fat around the pancreas and on other internal organs.
So, in theory.....would wearing a belt too tightly around the mid-drift, end up in pushing all that internal fat onto the pancreas thus compromising its insulin capabilities?
Synopsis:
Type 2's should not wear a belt.
