Let's see what people think, tomorrow is a naughtyish lunch Gregg's as I have an appointment and won't be back in time to make anything, so what do I have - A sausage roll, a bag of naked nuts and a 25g bar 85% chocolate OR something a little more carby such as a bake of some sort and a packet of naked nuts, what to have YOU DECIDE! x

I'd have a cheese and onion pasty if it was me.

You know what I would love that but there isn't even a sign in the heated bit in my local Gregg's, I usually just end up having a sausage roll as that's all that's left by the time I get there but I'm through earlier tomorrow so hoping I'll be in luck of something different, no matter what I have I'm not missing out on that bag of nuts though 🙂 x

If I was your weight I'd feel free to eat half the shop! At my weight I'd stick with the nuts. :D

I have been known to lurk outside the Pound Bakery lamenting what I can't have...

I haven't had a Gregg's since I've been diagnosed, but I really like their bacon and cheese turnovers.

Definitely a sausage roll or a steak bake!

Probably a wrap, the nuts and choc for me

May I ask why you haven't had one since diagnosis Lucy sorry if you don't want to answer that question, treat yourself girl their bacon and cheese wrap/turnover is only 20g carbs so go for it sometime 🙂 x

Ah but think of all the insulin that would require x

Well, I'd just have a baked bean pastie then. :D

I think because I wasn't sure of carb count, but I know now so will savour one again soon, yum 🙂

If you go on to the Greggs website they actually lust nutrition values for all of their products just in case you want to look at anything else 🙂 x

Lust is the word when it comes to Greggs! I'd vote for a pulled chicken and bacon roll... which having thought about I now want!

When I had my first diabetic review & had great results, I wanted to celebrate with a fresh cream Belgian bun. Went straight to Gregg's from the doctors, but SOLD OUT!😱 Had to wait a whole 24 hours before I could get one. And really enjoyed it too, though my blood sugars weren't too happy, but who cares.:D

Well guys after going on about the nuts they didn't have any :( so I went for a steak bake and a tex mex pepperami x

Yum (apart from the pepperami!)
