These biscuits but monk fruit for sweetener

Hello lovelies so I found these low carb biscuit receipe can I use monk fruit for the sweetener ????

Although available in the UK it is not one of the common ones but sounds like an interesting product. It says it is calorie and carb zero and 300x sweeter than sugar. Some manufacturers mix the monk fruit sweetener with other things like erythritol which can upset peoples stomachs so be careful of your source.

Ohhhhh I didn’t realise that , which sweetener would you recommend ???? I’m always up for ideas and advice . I honestly didn’t realise they would mix it with erythritol , was hoping it would be a safe substitute but I was defianetly mistaken .

I don't know what you have available in AUS but if you use almond flour it is quite sweet on it's own so you may not need much extra sweetener.
You could check out the monk fruit sweeteners to make sure they have no additions in them.
