To quote the front cover - " Lose weight, feel great and drastically reduce your risk of type-2 diabetes and heart disease."
It's quite a big book that runs to 364 pages and very comprehensive in its coverage about diet, exercise, stress, cholesterol and more. About half the book is given to foods and some rather enticing recipes.
Dr Malhotra is a cardiologist and a prime mover, probably THE prime mover, in getting the UK government to introduce the sugar tax.
I bought the Kindle version (£4.99) to read on holiday and found it so interesting and packed with useful info that I've now bought it in paper-back

First rule of diets, never buy the book.
And the link indeed proves it.

Yup, that's the conclusion I come to. Ignore anybody who's selling a book or a subscription to a Website etc. Even if what they're saying makes sense, almost always they'll be saying pretty much the same thing as mainstream nutritionists. If not, it's most likely woo.
