I've posted before a few times that I do Tai Chi
It's not vigorous exercise, it's more to do with flexibility, balance & concentration; even so, at the end of a session I definitely feel as though I've done some work & stretching
There is also a mental/meditation aspect, so it helps me to stick to my diet and on the straight & narrow

There are loads of YT videos about Tai Chi, but I've just found one that shows a Form/exercise very well - thought you might like to see it.
If you're wondering about the captions, Tai Chi is made up from short standard movements called Forms, and have somewhat quaint names derived from the Chinese. These are joined up in a sequence to make a longer exercise, also called a Form
There are shorter, simpler Forms than this, Search YT accordingly
