Well, these programmes do astound me - how on earth someone could think that their diet was even remotely healthy - just endless takeaways in mountainous portions. Will be interesting to see if they can turn it around. A bit worried that the skinny guy might end up liking the supersize diet a bit too much - he does seem to be enjoying it!
I saw this! wow one of the women was 29 stone!! and i have never seen someone eat so much food!! and after that massive chinese they had like 9 cakes as a SNACK! and then dinner 😱 Cant belive that one of the women eating all this had diabetes already as well! (although they did not specify which type)
And as for that skinny girls diet 😱
As u may tell i loove this program lol
Am annoyed they didnt differentiate between type one and two Grrrrr! 😡
Ah! But the distinction may be getting less and less if that report in another thread is anything to go by (i.e. that [some] type 2 diabetes might also be a consequence of an autoimmune response!).
But I'm just stirring!
Andy 🙂
