Had one yesterday as i was out & hungry. I know the salad & chicken have virtually no carbs but was worried about the chipotle sauce. Anyway, had nothing to worry about. 4.7 before & 5.6 afterwards.:D
 
May need to try that one day, theres a subway not far from my office.
