Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
I have been type 1 for 14 years now as a adult. On and off I have small periods of erectile dysfunction but for the past 12 months I have reached rock bottom with it. I have all the usual tablets from the gp and even this special cream from urology team at the hospital - all with no success. I am not over weight, plenty of exercise. My hba1c is not perfect but just outside the range.
It's even started effecting my starting to effect my relationship and how she sees me. Just don't know the way forward. So depressed with it.

Welcome to the forum, Rob Bromley. Really sorry to hear how ED is affecting you and your partner.
Have you been offered any help to improve your HbA1c? Or other ED treatments, such as injections or vacuum pump?

I meant a vacuum pump to treat ED, not an insulin pump. Was the injection into flesh or urethra?
