I think I may have IBS, as I have been suffering for some time now. Reading up on it, I want to try more soluble foods in my diet. My problem is, I eat a lot of fruit and veg.
Reading online, some say avoid things like bananas whilst others promote them.
At the moment I'm on a fruit and veg diet (need to loose a bit of weight)
My daily diet is
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 Satsuma
Lunch: sliced carrot, 2 bananas, 1 apple and 1 Satsuma
Dinner: Plate of various veg (Brussels, cabbage, broccoli kind of stuff)
this is really flaring things up (but is brilliant for my D, every cloud and all that)
if any of you have IBS, what fruit and veg do you find agrees with you?
