I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes 6 weeks ago, I decided that I need to lose weight, put myself on a low carb/ calorie diet.
800-1000 cals a day.I have been really strict and found it not too difficult, I suppose the daily nausea helped
I take Metformin ( 500 x4) daily, plus a cholesterol tab.
I have slight mobility problems, but sadly the weight isn't going.
I have now decided to try, Shake the Weight shakes and soups, hopefully this will help.
Any feedback is very much appreciated Sue x

How much have you lost so far? It’s recommended to lose weight slowly, a rate of 1-2 pounds a week is normal. It’s also normal to lose a bit more at first and then slow down when you’re a few weeks in.
