morning, I have been on the Newcastle Diet as much as possible for the last 5 1/2 weeks and have dropped 21lbs so far. I opted for the slimfast shake powderd purely as I am tight and it was the most cost effective to me. I am having no issues, no cravings, no side effects etc. which is great but I'm just a little concerned over the sugar content of these considering I am trying to control my sugar intake. I know its probably more benefical to lose the weight at this time but wanted to know if I should move onto something else and what those 'something else' are? Huel, etc. and stop being a tight @ss. Thanks in advance for your help.

You seem to have started 2 threads on the same topic, I have replied in the other one.
