In remission from Type 2
I don’t care how much I snore. I’m asleep when or if it happens.

And humans have managed 50,000 years without monitoring sleep, so I’ll just carry on. My watch, of course, has other ideas.:D
 
I’d be interested too, I’m waiting to go in and have overnight monitoring to see if I need O2
