Just got back from Tesco. As usual I find it quite funny to check out the carbs on things you thought we're healthy & the things you know you should avoid. So, a 50g serving of Shredded Wheat (bite size) has 34g of carbs! Worse than Coco Pops, which is 29g. But even more shocking was a cream jam doughnut was just 24g of carbs! I know what I would prefer.
