Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone here had tried any of the foods from the Rosemary Conley 'Solo Slim' range?

Some of them look nice, like the soups and dinner's, and I was wondering if the matter of a diet being so 'structured' may help some people...Like myself!

However, I am unsure of the Carbohydrates in these foods...If anyone has the time to take a look, could you tell me, are the Carbs high in any of the range?

I am struggling to lose weight and I am now confined to wheelchair when I go out, I can barely walk with the pain in my back and legs....Which is shy I need a strict low cal diet, I cannot use up many calories I take in.

Any thoughts on this diet range would be appretiated please 🙂

Hi Ellowyne,

I haven't used the ready meals myself, although I did have some success on the low GI diet some years ago...I found it the one diet plan that wasn't too awful! 🙂 I've had a quick look - they don't seem too bad carb wise, but I'm not sure what you'd call high - on the website if you click through to the meal boxes you can eventually look at the nutritional breakdown of each ready meal or soup...the soups seem fairly low carb to me & the ready meals mostly seem to be 30g or less carbs - would that count as low to you? (It seems everyone has different carb thresholds as it were - 30g for a whole meal would be low for me, for example!) 🙂 Not sure if that's any help, but best of luck with the weight loss.

Take care,

Twitchy xx
