Hi all
Not exactly a newbie but haven’t been here for a few years. Need inspiration, backside kicking and/or hand holding for a few weak moments and a dread of Christmas and the naughties that entails. Want to lose weight so will be heading for that topic in a minute but just wanted to say ‘hi’. Nice to see Northerner still here ... you were always so knowledgeable and helpful. Sorry I’ve been away for so long.q

Hi LF! Good to see you again and glad you haven't forgotten us! 🙂 Never got to meet you in person, but hope to be able to in the future as I'm moving back to Yorkshire some time next year! 🙂

The Food and Recipes section has some good ideas for alternatives to Christmas fare - look especially for posts by @Mark Parrott, he's a bit of a wizard in finding/creating alternatives that won't upset your blood sugars 🙂

Sorry to hear you've been having a bit of a wobble, but hopefully we will be able to help you get back on the wagon and feeling good for 2018 🙂
