Hi all,
Has anyone got the 'ragnar hanas' book? Is that how you spell it? Anyway apparently it is like a bible for type 1's! I wondered if you can buy it in a normal book shop? I rang a lady up today from the other forum as i was in a big quandry about the levemir and our team dont work fridays! Anyway she looked it up in this book and gave me some pointers. Sounds like a good book.🙂Bev

Hi bev..

I've got this book..its classed as my Bible..for Nathan...I do believe you can get it from book shops...The one I have is the second edition...A absolute must..we were quite lucky to be given one from the DSN...If you can get one Bev please do its a vital piece of equipment...Cant urge you enough to get one...I used it often with regards to Nathan...however its not really designed to be read from front to back..if you understand what I mean...

Bev, I have this book. I recommended it on the book thread. I would urge you to buy it. I was recommended to buy it the day my son was diagnosed and it has been my bible! It is so good!

I have referred to it time and time again. Cannot remember where i bought it but i guess it must have been Amazon as i buy so many books from there.

It is straight talking, helpful and so informative!

🙂🙂

Brilliant book Bev -- get it. Absolutely vital really, and straight down the line. Also get Pumping Insulin (Walsh?) while you're at it, given your good news!🙂

Patricia, which 'pumping insulin' book have you got? I have just looked on Amazon and there are several versions. Can you describe your front cover please? 🙂🙂🙂
