Does anyone eat quinoa ? I've read some sites says it's really good for lowering blood glucose other site's diabetes shouldn't eat it?

It is pretty similar in carbs to rice so It all depends whether you can tolerate it or not, some people may be able to some may not.
The only way to know is by testing.

I eat it, when I used to test, it didn't really raise me by much.
It is personal though.
 
It is a carb rich food and your digestive system will break down those carbs to release glucose. Whether it will raise your BG less than wheat or rice is very individual, but it will not, in itself, lower your BG, it's just that it might not spike them so high as other similar grains. In a similar way, oats are supposedly slow release and don't spike your BG, but my body happily breaks them down just as fast as other grains. Testing before eating and 2 hours after is really the only way to find out how your body responds to different sources of carbohydrate.
 
I find quinoa lower GI and gentler on the blood sugar than many other carbs. You can bulk it out with veg too, and keep the overall carbs of the meal low. So, try it and see. Keep your portion moderate and see if it works for you.
