Wonder if anyone else gets this and if it's worth going to the doctors.

I have these small blisters like small spots but loads of them, come up on the sides of my fingers, my palms the sides of my feet.

I showed my friend today as both hands are red and itchy and bubbly, and dry. He said this is what he thinks it is, a form of eczema.

My hands and feet are burning itchy. Apparently it can be brought on by stress. And I've been super stressed.

Is there anything I can use that will help without needing to go bother the doctor? Or should I just go to doctor?

Hi
It does sound like pompholyx and it's horribly itchy and painful. I occasionally get this type of eczema. If never had before I would recommend showing a pharmacist tomorrow if possible and see if they say to see gp to get special cream. Just try not to scratch as delays healing, keep moist with aqueous cream, Vaseline, etc. keep skin cool, it will eventually clear up on it's own.
Possibly could be contact allergy. Have you changed any soap or detergent? Or taking new medication. I would especially get it checked if never had skin allergies before, best of luck getting it sorted x

I've had it before. It often comes and goes. And it's often just minor. But yesterday it was so bad. Worst it's ever been

Probably still worth seeing pharmacist or doc, I used to use dermovate steroid eczema cream helps with redness, prescription only. Could your skin be infected as skins peels of before new skin grows. I used to wear cotton gloves & socks to keep them clean and reduce scratching. Could you / do you take antistamines like cetirizine ? I take everyday as reduces skin allergies, doesn't stop them, I still itch!
