Newsflash From Tintin !!

[HERE TINTIN]

Hi everyone just popped in to have a nosey about and give you all an update. It's not the best of news, I have developed an infection on my fistula op site. My gp has given me antibiotics and I have to go back to renal clinic tom so they can have a look at it. My surgeon in Edinburgh had agreed to me getting activated on transplant list last week then on friday changed his mind and he now wants to see me in another 3 weeks Apparantly I am so complicated and such a risk he may want some other urology test done and wants to speak to me. I am very disapointed at the delay. On the plus side I have had 2 teeth out and that seems to be going ok and I have a new haircut, just need my nails painted and I will be brand new Hope you are all fine and keeping out of too much mischief !! Oh no, I hope those antibiotics kick in quickly and the consultant pulls his socks up and gets moving with it all as quickly as possible. Get those nails painted I say always makes me feel more chipper, although I admit I am unnaturally attached to nail polish 🙂

TinTin you are amazing! As you say not good news about the infection and the surgeon dragging his feet, really sorry about this. But does it get you down? No! Sensible courageous you gets a new haircut and prepares for nail painting. What an inspiration you are. Sending you a big hug {} and hoping things improve quickly. Once you get to the dialysis things will get better. It saved my Mum's life and gave her back the quality. So glad that you re feeling well enough to be able to pamper yourself a bit. You certainly deserve it 🙂

Thank you everyone, I have been to hospital today and arm is looking a bit better. Dr gave me another 2 weeks of anti-biotics and upped the dose. Hopefully it will be ok when it gets scanned early september. Hubby was getting heart tests done today as well so I am hoping all is ok with him. We are planning a family celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary at the moment. We are going out for a big meal and doing it before I start dialysis so I can eat and drink anything I want 😱 Anyway off to bed now as another early start tom as back to eye clinic, with my bright red nails and new hair !!.....Tintin
