Hi Everyone, I have had type 2 for a number of years but I'm ashamed to say that, until last year, I buried my head in the sand. Unfortunately last year my hba1c was at 130 with my blood sugar at 31 Since then I have been trying much harder to get back on track with my last results being hba1c @ 44 and my blood sugars around 9. Can I as everyone, based on a daily intake of around 2,000 calories, how many grams of carbohydrate can I have per day? I had understood at 4 calories per gram and at 50% of my calorie intake I can have 250g of carbs. It was something I read but I'm more than likely completely wrong. I'm confused.
