I don't know about anyone else but I am sure it would help if you a) introduced yourself, b) specified what type of diabetes you have, c) what treatment you are on.
I personally have no idea what you are saying as as far as I knew a Glucose tolerance test was - take blood sample (after 8-10 hours fasting) drink some sugar and water drink (e.g. lucozade type) and then take another blood sample 1-2 hours later and see what it does to your blood glucose. This is used to diagnose Type 2 diabetes.
Insulin levels may be requested by your doctor to determine insulin resistance (amongst other things see here:http://labtestsonline.org.uk/understanding/analytes/insulin/tab/test/) but not come across it myself.

Are these results obtained from a doctor or are you measuring them yourself somehow? If from a doctor what do they say about it?
