This morning I'm going to try muesli but take the fruit out to see if I spike. I need to find something else I can eat for breakfast that's quick & easy.🙂

An update on this. 6.9 before breakfast, 8.3 afterwards. So muesli without fruit is ok. Though the almond milk did taste like dish water.

Muesli is another breakfast I can happily eat without much of a spike in levels. I love my almond milk.

Think I'll go back to soya milk.🙂

Lizis Granola and unsweetened almond milk low GL

Don't like soya milk, I'm definitely an almond milk convert. Especially for porridge.

It's not the cheapest unfortunately but my meter loves it. I've seen it in Tesco and Sainsbury

No fruit muesli with Greek yoghurt is nice.... Not a fan of most cereals or milk!

I pick the fruit out of my muesli too - it's like rocket fuel for my BG! Breakfast is fresh fruit and muesli with Greek yogurt and crunchy almond butter - luuuuush! 😛
