I say this because I notice that whenever I take Metformin after my breakfast; I feel hungry 3 hours later. No matter how large my brekkie is. At first I thought it was a one off, however, whenever I wait until lunch to have my first dose. I don't get that.
I have lost weight via regular gym work. Hopefully, when I see my doc she will agree and advise me to lower my dose.
Here's hoping....

I dont think it does much to be honest, ive been religiously take 2000g a day for donkeys years, when i fall from grace and forget, it doesnt seem to make any difference at all, heyho

I wonder about Metformin. I asked my GP about it being an appetite suppressor and she was most indignant and said it wasn't. I am also on 2000g a day and have a low carb diet. My BGLs are between 5-7. I don't know if it is the diet, the Metformin or a combination.

The last time I felt like that I had lost a lot of weight a few years back
