Hi. Does anyone have any ideas what I can take for my work lunch? First week I had brown bread sandwiches but realised I might be overdoing the bread and this week salads. There MUST be something else out there lol. I don't have a long lunch break so it needs to be something quick. Any suggestions gratefully received 🙂

Sandwich, salad, soup, dinner leftovers in a food flask or to microwave if you have one?

Salads doesn't just have to be boring lettuce, tomato and cucumber but even if it is you can add cooked meat, tuna, eggs, cheese, coleslaw, avocado. There are some super options for salads in the food and recipe forum.
Home made soup, you can make a big batch and store in the freezer in portion sizes and microwave or take in one of those wide necked flasks.

I have found the link to the salad recipes. https://forum.diabetes.org.uk/boards/threads/salad-recipes.93167/

Thank you for your suggestions. I do get bored with salads but can try to jush them up a bit. I keep forgetting I can have cheese and didn't realise I could have coleslaw so they are a couple of bonuses!
