If you or someone you know is a parent/caregiver of a child or children with Type 1 Diabetes, we would like to hear from you!

As part of my MSc dissertation project at Ulster University under the supervision of Dr Marian McLaughlin, I would like to invite you to take part in my study.

We are recruiting parents/ primary caregivers of a child/children diagnosed with T1D to explore their experiences. If you volunteer to participate in this study, you will be asked to do the following things: Complete an online survey relating to stress, diet, physical activity, sleep and quality of life. There will also be some demographic questions relating to gender, age, nationality, educational level, occupation. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions. Your opinions and your thoughts are of interest to us. The online survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Full details are available in the Participant Information Sheet found in the online survey below.
You are eligible to take part if you are:
- 18-69 years old
- Parents/primary caregivers of a child/children diagnosed with T1D

Participation in this study is completely voluntary and anonymous, and you are free to withdraw at any point, up until you submit your responses.
