Hello @JPR welcome to the forum.

As TW says you really need professional advice, what works for you may not work for another person with the same condition. I'll assume that you have had a diagnosis? take care stay safe.

Me and Mum have the same problem. She's been given Dulcosate, two a day, which I think is too much and as the chemist can't get hold of the Normacol I've used for years I pinch one of Mums and we have one each. 🙂 I have no idea whether we should be taking that medicine with the ailments we've got but needs must. You can't be mithering with this pandemic going on. I just do what I think best with regards to everything!

Hope you find a solution that works for you @JPR
